  • Link documents to clients for easier findability. These linked documents can then be found in the DMS as well as in the client's profile. 
  • Assign tags to documents for easier findability and create folders for structure and organisation
  • Bcc important client emails to your office AdminPulse inbox. These emails will then appear in your DMS, already linked to a client profile. 
  • If permission is granted, everyone in the office can access documents in the DMS. User rights and permissions can also be granted for selected documents and client folders.
